From the outside, the 2017 ROUSH RS Mustang delivers what you might expect: agressive, race-inspired styling and performance. What you don't see is the balance of performance and value. As before, the ROUSH RS Mustang is built on top of Ford's V6 platform, boasting a healthy 300 hp and 280 lb-ft while delivering an impressive 28 mpg hwy and 19 mpg city. The highly balanced front-to-rear weight distribution makes this Mustang amazing nimble out of the box, while the ROUSH front fascia and other body components and badging give it the identity that blends the line between a race car and a road car.
New to the 2017 model year, the car comes with Mustang GT Performance Pack wheels and tires or optional ROUSH wheels and ultra high performance tires to attack corners with a vengence. Also new for this model year is the optional Low Gloss Black Rear Decklid Spoiler, to add an even edgier look.
Lower Base Package Price
For the 2017 model year, the base price of the ROUSH RS Mustang package is $4,500, down from the 2016 base price of $5,995.
